GSUTV at the Cobb International Film Festival

We are excited to announce that Return to Vietnam, a production of GSUTV has another nomination!  They are nominated for the Best Domestic Documentary by the Cobb International Film Festival and will be screened at the Festival on August 1, 2019.

Fifty years later, the Vietnam War still haunts us. There are many unanswered questions about the conflict that half a century later still haunts those caught up in the conflict. Return to Vietnam is not a historical dissertation, but a story of human perseverance told by two veterans who served their country and who lived through those tumultuous times. Jon and Joe had not been back to Vietnam for 50 years. Their return brought back a flood of memories and emotions and perhaps some final closure on what is still a controversial part of our country’s history.

The Cobb International Film Festival runs August 1 through 4 at the Strand Theater in Marietta, Georgia.  Beginning in 2016, the Festival began a partnership with Film Racing – an international filmmaking competition – and now includes the screenings and the Awards Gala for the international finalists of the 24 Hour Film Race as part of the festival.  For more information about the Festival, and to get tickets, go to
