Donna Krache is a former CNN executive producer and web editor who has won several awards in journalism and communication. She has over 20 years of experience in broadcast and digital journalism. She led the first production team at CNN to covert its show to the digital platform. She created and edited CNN’s education website, “Schools of Thought.” She has authored many articles for CNN.com and other media outlets.
Krache holds a B.A. in Government from the College of William and Mary and an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of New Orleans. She teaches digital media writing and production. Her interests are music, baseball, trends in media, trivia, and charitable work she does for the Dave Krache Foundation. Named for her late husband, this foundation pays entry fees for children who want to play sports but whose families cannot afford it.
